About this place
Start with citrus, then try a beer with the character of a dessert: Uokinjozosutando offers a tasting contrast through its craft beers. One visitor described the Yuzu White as fresh and citrusy, with a light finish and no excessive bitterness. The Strawberry Milkshake Stout, by contrast, stood out for its roasted aroma and a sweet scent reminiscent of strawberries. The menu lists it at 4.8% alcohol and 580 yen. The yuzu is crisp and refreshing; the stout is all about its sweet aroma. Comparing the two could be an easy way for newcomers to craft beer to discover what they like.
For a small plate, the menu recommends pairing Session IPA with octopus and shungiku shumai, whose springy octopus is complemented by the distinctive leafy green. Homemade zeppolini—fried dough with aonori mixed through it—are also suggested as a beer-friendly snack. For something light to nibble, consider the freshly sliced Slovenian prosciutto, cut to 1 mm on a dedicated slicer.
The beer hall is inside Kanda Square and offers both dine-in and takeaway.
